Canceling ends your Care Plan at the close of the year you've already paid for — and you keep your site and your domain, free. Details in the Terms.
Request a refund
Care Plan charges (including renewals) are refundable within 30 days of the charge. Email us and we'll reply within 1–2 business days:
Email [email protected]Include your business name, the email or phone you signed up with, and the date of the charge, so we can find it fast. The one-time website build fee ($399) is non-refundable once paid.
The short version of the policy
- The $399 build is one-time and non-refundable — you approved your mockup before paying.
- The $199/yr Care Plan covers hosting, your domain, security, and unlimited content edits — and any charge is refundable within 30 days.
- Cancel anytime, self-service. Your plan runs to the end of the paid year, and your site and domain go with you at no cost.
